What is the valet concierge uniform? Our presentation is of the utmost importance to the growth and quality control of MarcParcValet. We take great pride in knowing that our valet concierge’s set the tone for your event to ensure that you shine. Winter Uniform: Khaki colored pants, black oxford button-down shirt, company tie, black belt, black socks, black shoes, and name tag. Summer Uniform: Khaki colored pants, black polo shirt, black belt, black socks, black shoes, and name tag. MarcParcValet provides custom uniforms for your event upon request. A minimum of one week’s notice is needed for specific uniform design. What is the training and screening process for the valet concierge? MarcParcValet supports ongoing training and management supervision. Each valet concierge participates in an initial half day orientation with heavy emphasis on customer service and safe-driving skills. Coupled with an effective screening process, certification programs, and standardized on the job training, our management teams maintain a high quality of service with consistent job performance. Valet Concierge’s are selected through: 1. Thorough Interviews 2. Driving Record Check 3. Criminal Record Check 4. General Background / Reference Check What insurance coverage do you carry? MarcParcValet maintains full Garage Keepers, Legal Liability, and Worker’s Compensation Insurance and provides individual certificates of insurance for each special event. What time will you be setting up for the event? MarcParcValet senior staff will always perform a pre-event survey of the logistical coordination of your event. This allows for our team to receive a complete de-briefing prior to arrival. Arrival for the event is a minimum of thirty-minutes prior to anticipated arrival of first guest.
